I hope they call me on a mission...

This handsome little devil amazes me everyday.  Yesterday was one of those days.  It was Fast and Testimony Sunday in our ward.  Josh is as sick as a dog so he stayed home from church and the kids  and I went.  So during the meeting Kael kept asking can I go up mom?  Well last time he went up Emma was asleep but of course this time she wasn't so I was trying to avoid having to haul 2 babies that only have love for their mommy right now and 2 big kids up to the podium.  Well after the hundredth time asking I finally let him go up by himself.  His testimony is ever evolving.  This week he said "I'd like to bear my testimony I know the church is true  I know that President Monson is a true Prophet I love my brothers and sisters and my mommy and daddy in the name of Jesus Christ amen."  I am just so proud of the little man that he is turning into.  Well little miss Emma wanted to go up all by herself but I knew that she would only say her part from the program which I think is cute but probably not everyone else.  I just couldn't go up with all the kids so I told her that I would give her a piece of gum and let her go up next month when mommy had help and could go with her.  It worked!  I know I should have let her go, but you just don't understand the very hard day it was turning out to be and I am just not super mom!  But again I am just so proud of my very old soul of a boy!

What Happens

When the mommy goes to work and the daddy stays home to put the kids in bed?

Well this is what I woke up to the next morning...
She wasn't having anymore of this diaper!! (:

Little swimmers??

What??  Daddy "couldn't"  find the diapers or the pull ups so he improvised!  (:  I love it

Halloween finally!

We went trick or treating in my moms neighborhood and everyone pretty much sits out on their porch or driveway and passes out candy that way.  I think that Aiden won best costume of the night everyone just died every time they saw this adorable little Elvis walk up with his candy bucket.  I am not kidding when I say he was the hit.  We would be walking and we could here people say oh there he is there is the little Elvis look.  It was great.  He had no clue what he was but he LOVED making his costume dance and swish!

Aidens bucket was so full of candy he could hardly carry it

This is how Elvis rides

He gets strolled right up to the door

They love candy  I mean each other!!  (;   Kael is a scary shark his candy bucket said shark bait on it, and Emma was a dainty little flower

Worn out from all the fun

What a cute little flower!

Another cute little flower!!

Elvis wants back in his ride, we sprayed his hair black with hairspray, you should have seen the bathtub after this.

Trick or treat

I think this picture says it all!!

Fall Party

Kael had his "Fall party" on Friday it is so silly that they have to call it a fall party! I remember the days when we could wear our costumes to school and we would have a parade around the school. Oh well I guess those days are over. But anyways I went to help out at his fall party. It was aot of fun. Kael has a group of crazy kids in his class but we had a great time. I brought in store bought cupcakes (you cant bring anything homemade) they were still yummy. They had scary toppings on them, the kids loved them. Here is the fun time!

Star of the Week

Kael's cute kindergarten class has this thing called star of the week. Every kid gets to be the star of the week and it is all about that person for the week. He already did it for his old Kindergarten teacher he was actually the first one (probably because of the last name). But he got to do it again and this time was even better!! We did a poster that was all about him. It had his family on it and just fun facts about Kael. Like his favorite food is macaroni and cheese, his favorite color is blue, but it used to be red, he loves all kinds of animals.

Monday with his poster

Wednesday with his special item that he got to bring in. he told the class all kinds of facts about sharks and their teeth, and all kinds of facts about this piranna. According to the teacher and all the parents this was a hit. All the kids went home to tell their parents how cool it was. (I found out at the fall party by some of the parents) The teacher loved it also. This kid LOVES animals he is so kind to them, and he wants the learn anything and everything about them! I love the little guy with all my heart! I am so proud of the smart kid that he is. He just amazes me everyday! I love you Kael!!!
