Diamond Backs Game

My mom got tickets for a D-backs game, they were all going from her work and they were all taking their families.  So we got to go out minus 2 kids and have a fun night with just the big kids. My mom even paid for the babysitter to watch Aiden and Mylee.  It was MUCH better without them.  I love them to pieces but a mommy has to have a break from clingy babies!!!

I think they thought that a baseball game would be something else besides this (:

They cant get enough of each other

Trying to be silly

Kimmi and Kyle

Emma loves Nana and Grandpa

Thats the Emma I know and love

I liked Kyles face in this one

Dumb fingers

Nana bought these stupid fingers but the kids loved them.  I thought they were ridiculously over priced

We were having fun

Trying to pick his nose

Our seats

A lady down a few rows from us got hit in the shoulder from the ball, she apparently was not paying attention to the game

The dome opening for the fireworks

Emma watching the fireworks

Zoomed in shot

Yay its over!  I mean yay that was so fun!!! (:

A catch up post

I don't remember if I put this picture on some where else but it is from our trip. We all came back tan and some of us came back pealing. Poor Emma got so sunburned on the first day camping.

Nice little scratch on her face.

The week Kael started school we also had primary activity day in our backyard. We needed access to a hose and parks don't usually have that. So it was fun to have the activity out back.

We did relay slip n slide races   that was pretty hilarious.

We cooled off with otter pops.

We had the kids put all this gear on run jump in the pool and run back to the next person in line and have them put all the gear on.  The kids had a hard time walking in the gear.  Finally the just ended up using just the tube to finish with.  This one was a favorite because the kids had fun jumping in the pool.

Then we did a water balloon launch and the kids had to try and catch the balloons with towels.
We finished the activity with carmel and apples and yummy sprinkles.  I think this activity was a hit with the kids.  I had alot of fun.

I love to go to the river.  I had not gone this year because it just seems like everything is harder to do with TWO babies.  So I havent really wanted to go.  My BIL wanted to go check out the spot we go to.  So a week ago Saturday we went.  The kids had fun floating down the water.

The kept trying to float away I swear!

The dads being silly.

This is what Mylee enjoyed doing.

The only one who wouldn't jump off the rocks, was my SIL Laura she went up to jump but after a few incidents, got chicken and climbed down.  Kael and Emma think that every-time we jump off the rocks they need to go with us.   I prefer the river when I have a babysitter watching my kids at home.  (:  I don't really care for hauling kids up the rocks and making sure they don't float away and all that nonsense. (:  it was a fun day though, I am glad we went.

My BFF

I forgot to post these fun pics of a quick visit to the greatest pastrami place and fun with my BFF whom I dont get to see that often ):

You probably cant tell in this pic but my BFF is looking extremly skinny!!!  No I think that you can tell.  Doesn't she look hot??  I think so.

Heather can you believe we have all these kids?  It is so crazy to believe that ten years ago we were in High school saying silly sayings,  like "To see the land and not the people."  Do you remember that?  I was laughing about that the other day.

They cant hold still for too long.  These kids even though they don't see each other often, they really do love each other.  They always get along so well and just pick up where they left off from last time.  I wish we lived closer ):

Kael Started Kindergarten

Yes it is true. My baby boy started kindergarten last monday, August 11th. He was so cute!! That morning at breakfast I asked kael a few questions before we left for his first day.

How do you feel about going to school? I feel very excited

What are you thinking right now? That I will have alot of fun at at school

What do you think your teacher will be like? I think she will be nice

Are you nervous? a little

I think I was way more nervous than he was. We were out of town during meet the teacher so we didnt really know who she was or anything. It turned out to be a great day for Kael. He liked his classmates and his teacher. He only wants to ride the bus to and from school and hates when I take him and pick him up. He thinks the bus is so much fun.

He is so handsome!!

Emma had to get ready for school as well

His teacher is the one holding the from.  He is up in the front he is the line leader.

I still cant believe that my little guy has started school.  I remember taking him home from the hospital like it was yesterday.  I think Emma enjoys being the top dog at home while Kael is away she gets to decide what we do, what we watch, so she is really enjoying herself.

Sea World

So we ended our fun California trip at the other end of California.  We decided to take the kids to Sea World Josh and I have been twice before we had kids and we loved it.  So we wanted to share that fun place with the kids.

We all have the same shirt on Fat girl first then the skinny ones!!  I cant wait till they have kids and get fat! (:  Love you guys

Going into the park.  It felt like it took along time to get there and I was just so excited when we finally got there.  I was camera happy.

Emma loves her daddy.  See her poor nose?  That was a combo of a sunburn and a skinned nose ):

They are checking out the dolphins

This is how AA preferred to ride in the stroller.  I told him at the ray exibit that if he didnt sit down he would fall, but he didnt listen to me and fell and bumped his head on the cement.  If only he'd listen. (:  Emma is riding in the front and someone is holding Mylee.  Emma had horrible blisters on her feet making it really hard for her to walk and so she rode around in the stroller for most of the day.  Notice the bare-feet.

Looking for the Beluga Whales

He sees them and is very excited!!

Checking out the sea turtles.

Dont we all look stylish in our 3d glasses?  The only person missing from the pic is Drew he was taking the pic.  They used to have a pirate 3d show, now it is seasame street and its not as fun.  We all found where the squirters were before the show and blocked them so we wouldnt get sprayed.

I took this picture because Camerons outfit is so funny plaid shorts, black shirt and then a sea world hat.  His head was getting very burnt so my mom bought him a hat.  We just thought he looked funny.  Well Alicia never misses an opportunity to be in front of the camera as many of you know so that is why she is in it.

Emma was mesmerized watching Elmo.

Hotness right there!

Me and my buddy

Ahh sisterly love

The end of a very fun day!!

We saw the Shamu show the kids loved it.  They wanted to sit in the soak zone and I did not want to so everyone but Alicia the babies and I sat in the soak zone, we sat up higher.  So I dont have pictures from that show.  But my kids enjoyed that show.  I watched them as Shamu came out and I was just as excited as they were only I was excited to see their faces light up as they saw these huge whales.  That was the best part of my day.  I love seeing excitement on my children's faces and this was a day I will never forget, I know they will forget it, but I wont.  I want to thank my wonderful family for going with us because my kids love their Nana, and their Aunts and Uncles and that made the day even greater.  Kael told me today that when he grows up he wants to be an uncle.  What a huge compliment that is to his wonderful Uncles.   Thankyou mom for spoiling my kids.  They love their treasures!!  (:
